Existing AT&T customers

Current customers wanting to access the discount, please follow the steps below. 

1. Visit this link and enter the 8 digit Foundation Account Number (FAN): 06216688.
2. Click “Log In”
3. Go to “Enroll Here”. Enter your work email address and cell phone number, click “Continue”
4. Enter last 4 digits of SSN and billing zip code from your account for verification, click “Continue”
5. Check the box “I am a qualified employee…” click “Continue” After the above has been completed, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and your rates will be converted within one billing cycle. Plus, you’ll receive an email letting you know that you’ve been successfully enrolled for the discounts.

If you’re a new customer

1. Visit this link 
2. Click “Shop Now”
   1. To see additional details about the program prior to beginning, please click on “See Program Details”
3. Choose a device
4. Select all of your preferences. (number of GB, trade in/ no trade in, etc. 
5. Continue
6. Select your preference (Create a new account, add a line to an existing account, etc.)
7. From here, you will need to follow the steps to complete your account set up and purchase.
